I am a mom. I am a wife and a daughter. I am a sister, a niece, and a granddaughter. I am a friend, a woman, and a cultural Jew. I am a Harry-Potter-reading adult. I am an atheist, a democrat, and a writer. I am a silly-song-singing, sippy-cup-finding, special-needs parent. I am a struggling, flourishing, surviving, searching, evolving 30-something with a lot to say. I hope you’ll talk back.

We have a lot in common. I am looking forward to more blogs to come.
I am so proud of your work. Very well written and interesting. You were very honest and put yourself out there. That is a very difficult thing to do. I think you will get a lot of response. This site will give people the comfort level to speak their minds. Congratulations T!
It’s like we have the exact same mouth. I had that nickname, the same two front buck teeth, and four teeth extracted. But four SETS of braces. All that dental work and still I can’t keep my mouth from moving. 🙂 Cheers! Forgot how great of a writer you were!!!
Hi. You have created a very lovely blog. I also have a special needs child; however she is undiagnosed. I still think she has some autistic tendencies. Sometimes she laughs randomly and sometimes she screams bloody murder out of the blue for no appearant reason. Is this a characteristic of autism? Good job! Esther~
I’m just visiting for now and wanted to say hi.
Thank you for this blog. I look forward to reading more. Families with Autism, and other needs, need to support each other.
I have found my friendships with other moms to be so important in my life.
